PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING. BY PURCHASING YOU AGREE TO THE BELOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All our items are vintage or pre-loved, so please keep this in mind when making a purchase. Vintage items and garments are over 20 years old, and unless specifically stated as spotless or unused, signs of wear should be expected. Each piece is carefully handpicked, and we do our best to accurately describe and photograph any significant flaws or defects.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the condition of the soles on vintage shoes. Due to their age, you should budget for possible replacements or repairs, which is also reflected in our pricing.

Return Policy

  • 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
  • Condition Requirement: The item must be in the same condition as when received, with proof of purchase required.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. A trackable shipping method is recommended.

Return Process

  • Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact immediately for assistance.
  • For damaged packages, report to Norway Post immediately and follow the process for documenting and returning the item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are generally not accepted. To exchange, initiate a return within 14 days, then place a new order.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
