Pricing

• All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT.
• Postage costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on current rates provided by Norway Post, which are updated annually.

Shipping

• Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 working days of payment.
• Delays may occasionally occur, but efforts are made to minimize them.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
• A tracking number will be sent via email once your package has been dispatched, which can be tracked on the Posten website.

International Orders

• All international orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid.
• Customs duties, taxes, and any other fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
• These charges vary by country and cannot be calculated beforehand by the seller.
• If a customer refuses to pay these fees and the package is returned, the order will not be reimbursed.
